DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery time is 1-4 working days domestic (Sweden) .
Delivery time is 7-15 working days outside Sweden from Sweden or Morocco .
RETURNS / CHANGES / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
At ibenberg.com , you can always exchange or return your products 14 days after collected delivery with a full refund according to the Distance Contracts Act. The withdrawal period begins to run from the day you received the item. To be able to exchange or return products, they must be unused and in original packaging. The product must therefore be returned in a substantially unchanged condition.
Do you want to return or exchange an item? then ALWAYS contact us first contact@ibenberg.com and enter your order number. Once we have received and approved your return item, we will either deliver a new item or give you a full refund according to your wishes.
COMPLAINT
We always assume that your products will be faultless upon delivery. However, should you receive a defective product or the wrong product delivered, we follow the Swedish Consumer Agency’s guidelines and the report must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer has noticed or should have noticed the fault. In order for your case to be handled in the fastest way, we ask you to keep the product’s packaging so that this can be inspected, or a photo of the damage may be required of us. Depending on the extent of the damage, re-delivery, remediation or price deduction is made. ALWAYS contact us via contact@ibenberg.com for all complaints. Your order confirmation or receipt is valid as proof of warranty. Keep the document well as the document is required if you need to exercise the warranty.
